O’Donnell Hall 033 Multimedia Lab

Multimedia lab OH 033

O’Donnell 033, the Multimedia Lab, is now an “open lab”  that is, it is available for all students to use Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm, except for a 1:30 – 2:30 Tuesday-Thursday class (we needed both computer labs to accommodate the class), and the occasional college need (exams, advising).  The LRC (room 046 right across the hall)  is generally open and available when 033 isn’t, so students should be able to find an open computer during office hours. Graduate student in the college with key cards can get access to the labs evenings and weekends using their key card. The printer in 033 is on the university “Pay-for-print” system.

The Multimedia lab seats 24 students. The 24 student stations have iMacs utilizing the Apple “Bootcamp” capability – they can be booted up using either the Mac OSX or Windows 7 operating systems. Other classroom equipment includes a LCD Projector mounted in the ceiling and a DVD/VHS combo.
